The PPWR introduces new requirements for flexible packaging and pouches. It covers more than just whether packaging is recyclable.
The type and amount of material, certain substances and the correct documentation also play a role. For some plastic packaging, there are also rules on the use of recycled material.
The exact rules depend on the type of packaging and what it is used for.
